Use of Club Resources
Club resources (such as library books, meeting spaces, etc.) should be used responsibly and returned on time.

Promotion of Events
Flyers and posters regarding Bookclub meetings hosted by other clubs, other than Bookaholics, are not allowed to avoid any potential conflicts or confusion.
Promotion of any event, workshop, or seminar among members requires prior approval from the core team.

Bookaholics Media Club Media Policy
Photos and videos involving children require prior consent from both the parents and the core team before being shared or published.

Moderator Conduct Policy
Moderators of any meetings are prohibited from engaging in self-promotion or promoting events or workshops not affiliated with Bookaholics.

Membership Link Sharing
Please inform the membership coordinator or any core team member before sharing the WhatsApp group joining link.

Maintain a Positive Image
If any member brings to our attention that the image of the Book Club or its members is being compromised, the individual in question will be subject to confrontation. If, following this confrontation, it is deemed that the actions have caused harm to the Book Club's reputation or the image of its members, the person may be removed from the club. We prioritize maintaining a positive and respectful environment for all book enthusiasts.
